Love the item but in all honesty I’m a little disappointed by the customer service and delivery. I had originally ordered the item to wear at a festival I was working, as the seller had some personal life stuff they were navigating I was informed the date of postage was being pushed back, and to apologise for the delay that they would add some goodies to the parcel. I totally understood and said that was fine, but asked would it be possible to send the item to a different address as I was onsite at the festival, and I could still have it by the festival if it was sent out by the Thursday. They agreed. The weeks work at the festival went on and I realised by Thursday there was no sign of it so I chased them up, I was then told they thought I meant send it on Thursday? So they were posting that day, next day delivery. By this point I let go of the idea of having the hat for the festival, and good thing I did as I got a call from my boyfriend on the Saturday informing me the hat had arrived there, no name on the package, just the address, and nothing else in the package. The whole experience has left me feeling a little disappointed, which is a shame because I really like their products.
